Dear Surgery Center Patient:
 
First and foremost we want to thank you for choosing The Surgery Center for your medical needs.  It is our goal to provide first class healthcare service to you in a safe and efficient manner.  Along those lines we will be implementing a few changes to ensure your experience at our facility is a positive one.  The following changes will be effective July 5^th 2016:
 

• If you are later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will reschedule your appointment for another day.
   
• If you are unable to make your appointment and do not give our facility a 24 hour notice, you will be asked to pay $200 for your next procedure in cash a week prior to your appointment in order to reserve your time.You will receive your money back once you arrive for your appointment.If you no show again, there will be a $50 no show fee which will be deducted from your cash payment.
   
• We request a 24 hour notice to reschedule your appointment.You will not be given an appointment time if you reschedule for the same appointment more than twice without paying in advance.
